• Acromioclaviacular distance <5 mm; right and left differ by <2-3 mm
• Clavicular head elevation <5 mm; Inferior plane of the distal clavicle should be on same plane as inferior border of acromion
• Coricoclavicular space <13 mm; right and left differ by <5 mm
